Lamb Chop Casserole

This is one of the easiest recipes to make... EVER! It's so easy that I feel guilty calling it a recipe!


6 Target lamb chops

½ cup Rice flour

3 Carrots (thickly sliced)

1 large or 2 small Onions (sliced)

1 bottle Tomato Sauce

500mL Bone broth (if you have it, otherwise water is fine)

Turn oven to 170⁰C.

Dust chops in rice flour then place in a casserole dish.

Add carrots and onion.

Mix tomato sauce with the same quantity of water or bone broth. Pour over chops.

Put the lid on the casserole dish and cook for 2 hours.

Serve with mash potato or my favourite, parsnip puree!
