This is a great way of making your chocolate just that little bit healthier.
Block of good quality dark chocolate (my favourite is "Alter Eco Blackout 85%" - it's free from any nasties, is organic and fair trade)
1 cup nuts of choice (I like almonds or macadamias)
1/2 cup shredded or desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
Melt chocolate in a double boiler (or microwave if you REALLY have to).
Stir in other ingredients.
Please spoonfuls on a tray and put in fridge for about 20 minutes.
Transfer to an airtight container. Try not to eat them all in one go!
